Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Ayomi moved to Canada to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia. She then continued her educational journey in the United States, completing a Master of Science degree in Leadership with specializations in Human Resources Management and Project Management from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Since graduate school, Ayomi has had the privilege of working for multi-billion-dollar publicly traded mission-driven global organizations, including Novartis, Wolverine World Wide (formerly Collective Brands), CIRCOR, and Watts Water Technologies. Additionally, she contributed her expertise to the Massachusetts Port Authority for several years. While Ayomi’s career-long passion lies in Talent Management, Organization Development, and Leadership Development, she has also explored other facets within and outside of Human Resources. These leadership roles encompass Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, HR Analytics, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
